1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, establishing a storefront, interacting with other users, or purchasing assets on BoxSmartGlobal Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration & VIP Subscriptions

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Verified Badges & VIP Status: The platform offers a VIP subscription tier that grants a verified badge and advanced features. Subscriptions are billed actively, and failure to maintain a subscription may result in the loss of VIP privileges.
Identity: You may not impersonate another business, person, or entity.

3. Vendor Responsibilities & Prohibited Assets

Store owners operate as independent entities on the platform. BoxSmartGlobal Pro acts purely as the architectural facilitator between buyers and sellers.

Vendors are strictly responsible for the legality, safety, and accuracy of the products they upload.
Prohibited Items: You may not sell stolen goods, illegal substances, unauthorized copyrighted material, explicit adult content, or fraudulent digital services.

4. Payments, Settlements & Refunds

All financial transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway (Flutterwave). All internal platform transactions are denoted in NGN (Naira).

Wallet Funding & Payouts: Funds credited to a vendor's wallet from sales are subject to standard clearing processes.
24-Hour Settlement Rule: To prevent fraud and ensure secure bank routing, withdrawal requests are processed systematically and may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your designated local bank account.
Refunds: BoxSmartGlobal Pro is not responsible for issuing refunds for products bought from third-party vendors. Buyers must resolve disputes directly with the store owner via the platform's Inbox system.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content and products you upload. However, by uploading content to BoxSmartGlobal Pro, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your storefront and products within the platform's ecosystem.

6. Platform Conduct & Account Termination

To maintain a high-quality professional network, strict community guidelines apply.

Spamming, harassment in comments or inbox messages, deploying automated bots, or attempting to manipulate the platform's financial engine or verification badge systems are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and forfeiture of any pending wallet balances if fraud is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoxSmartGlobal Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the platform, its architects, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
